It was something i read in like seventh grade when i started gaining a double chin and began feeling self conscious about it. That in conjunction with gum does pretty well
I was trained to do this as a kid. It's been a habbit for like, 20 years, and my face doesn't look chiseled like that at all (thank god tbh).
Like, I literally had spikes glued to the back of my teeth for years (by an orthodontist) so they'd cut my tongue if it went too far forward. I can't taste with that part of my tongue anymore.

iv done this a few times. My parents never allowed me to open teeth smile for pictures because they said I was Ugly 😅 So id do this to look skinnier. I was under 80lbs until.i was 20 and allowed to eat what I wanted without my parents monatering me. Not skrew up your kids they develop tons of mental issues and eating disorders 😅
