【ソロハイク】この時期にオススメ！長野の穴場里山、戸倉山。久しぶりの山ごはんでやらかしました…【コーディネートもご紹介！】

今回は長野県伊那市と駒ヶ根市の里山戸倉山を歩いた様子です。（2024年1月28日撮影）

中央アルプスと南アルプスの眺めがよく、あまり人がいなくてのんびり歩ける山。
また長野のお気に入りの里山を開拓しました。

実は4年前登ろうと思って登山口で断念したやっと登ってきました。
例年に比べて南信は全く雪が降らず、山頂には少し雪がある程度。
冬の時期は葉が落ちて眺望もいいのでこの時期オススメです♪

I’m currently at Togurayama Campsite in Komagane City, Nagano Prefecture. Today I’m going to climb Mt. Tokura, which has an altitude of 1681m from here. Actually, this Mt. Togura When I started this channel 4 years ago I tried to climb it once.

However, this is a mountain where I have memories of retreating due to snow. So this time I’m going to climb this mountain for the first time in four years. It takes about 2 hours from here to the summit of Mt. Togura.

I think it will be a round trip hike of about 3 and a half hours. Just because the weather is nice today It’s been a long time since I’ve been here I’m thinking of making a mountain meal. One month has already passed in 2024. my goal this year is

Until now, videos and photos I took all the photos by myself. I wish I could study from scratch and deliver better videos to everyone. I made this year a year of learning. You can rent camera equipment called Goupas. I have a service. So this time I borrowed a camera. Here it is

It was a well-traveled mountain hike. The total distance was 6.3km and the altitude difference was 780m. It was a mountain worth climbing It’s not just that there are steep climbs. It feels like a fairly gradual climb that continues for a long time. You can clearly see the Central Alps while walking.

That felt good But maybe it’s because the leaves are falling this winter. I think the view is nice. In the summer, it’s a bit overgrown and not very crowded. I don’t think you can see the scenery at this time of winter. I think it’s highly recommended.

There were three peaks at the top of the mountain. The view of the west peak and east peak was very nice. I couldn’t see anything on the southern peak. I think I don’t have to go that far. It’s mountain food. I forgot my gas can Please let kimchi hotpot be my next revenge.

The kimchi yudofu was also delicious. I think it was good considering I forgot about it. So I climbed Mt. Togura for the first time. I thought it was a good mountain overall. It’s really nice to be able to see the Alps and Satoyama.
