人気グループ「Snow Man（スノーマン）」の目黒蓮さんが2月8日午後9時から放送されるバラエティー番組「上田と女が吠（ほ）える夜」（日本テレビ系）に出演する。同日は「頑張らない女」を特集し、生活を楽にする“自堕落グッズ”を紹介。目黒さんが移動手段にもなるスーツケースに試乗したり、布団の中から手を出さなくても読書ができる便利グッズを試したりする。
また、「休日はベランダでボケーっとする」「友達の誘いもあまり行かない」とマイペースで自分の時間も大切にするプライベートも明かす。
ほかに歌手で女優の相田翔子さん、元フジテレビアナウンサーの久代萌美さん、バイオリニストの木嶋真優さんらも出演する。お笑いコンビ「くりぃむしちゅー」の上田晋也さんがMCを務めている。
